The Pasarpbg.com(place) is an digital marketplace that brings together vendors from the Pasar Pelbagai Barangan Gadong allowing them to serve customers through this online platform.

Is there a cut off time for an order to be made?

Orders will have to made before 1:30pm each day to allow for the same day delivery or pick up. Order received after the cut off will be processed the next day. There will be no charge incurred for pick up.

Are the vendors only from Pasar Pelbagai Barangan Gadong?

Yes, today the Pasarpbg.com(place) is only limited to the vendors that are currently under the Pasar Pelbagai Barangan Gadong. We hope this online marketplace will continue to serve vendors and customers alike in the long term, even after the Ramadhan Period is over and beyond the COVID-19 situation

How is payment made once an order is initiated?

We accept bank transfers to our BIBD bank. Once transfer is made, please send transfer advice (or screenshot) to 7335588 for verification. We are currently in the process of integrating a payment gateway to our site, once this is done we will then be able to accept Visa or Mastercard payments.

Is delivery only limited to the Brunei-Muara District?

Yes, deliveries is limited to only Brunei-Muara at the moment

Is there a minimum order value?

The minimum order value may apply and is determined by the individual vendor.

How is delivery and pick up organized?

All deliveries will be organized by our fulfilment center which is located at the Pasar Gadong itself. This allows all your orders from multiple vendors to be combined and consolidated into a single delivery to your designated address. Deliveries will take place between 5 to 6pm each day. Orders will be made available for pick up each day between 4.30pm and 5.30pm at the designated pick up point located at the front entrance (facing the main highway) of the Pasar Pelbagai Barangan Gadong.

I have made an order and payment has been made, however, one of the vendors was not able to fulfill my order. What should I do?

If an order has been made from multiple vendors, and a particular vendor was not able to fulfil the order, a refund for that particular item will be granted. We will credit an equivalent amount to your account which can be used in your next order. You may also reach out to our call center to arrange for direct refunds to your bank account.

How do I make an order through the Marketplace?

Orders can be made by adding any items into your cart choosing from different vendors. A delivery fee of $4.50 will be incurred for each checkout. Orders from multiple vendors will be combined and consolidated into a single checkout.
